MThree Soars in the Cressey Community of Coquitlam

The second location we visited for our Cressey Community series was the beautiful suburb of Coquitlam, home to MThree, the third tower in our Metropolitan Residences collection. Located in the heart of the city, and soaring 48 storeys high, MThree is Coquitlam’s tallest tower. While each home is designed with classic Cressey features such as ample storage, thoughtful layouts and the signature CresseyKitchen, the real hallmark is the building’s Summit Club. Located on the top two floors of the building, The Summit Club is the highest amenity space in all of Metro Vancouver outside of downtown, and contains a fitness studio, games room, music room entertainment space, and panoramic views of the Lower Mainland, Burnaby, Pit Meadows and Surrey.

It is a feature that homeowner Ron Allanach can’t get enough of.

“The sky-lounge is absolutely amazing. You get 180 to 360 degree views. You can see everything.”

Beyond the stunning development that’s popped up across the city in recent years, Coquitlam is a growing metropolis. With the Evergreen Line set to begin operating in early 2017, the Coquitlam community continues to develop. While MThree is located in the heart of the ever-expanding city centre, it is the access to nature that makes Coquitlam a truly unique place to live. With hiking trails, lakes, parks and playgrounds all a short distance away, Coquitlam is a city that offers everything residents could want.

As Coquitlam continues to be one of the most desirable suburban neighbourhoods in Metro Vancouver, there is no doubt it is a Cressey Community that will continues to grow for the better.
