Incorporated in 1969, the early years were focused primarily in the area of multi- family residential development within the Metro Vancouver region. However, throughout the past decade, we have diversified by developing numerous retail, office, hotel, industrial and mixed-use projects in a variety of geographic markets throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State.
What has remained constant through the years is our pursuit of superior design and quality construction. From conception to completion, every Cressey-built space is the result of extensive collaboration by a team of leading industry professionals and highly experienced development and construction personnel. This collaborative process leads to thoughtful attention to detail, numerous landmark buildings as well as industry awards from the Urban Development Institute, Canadian Home Builders Association of BC, and others.

This attitude has lead to great kitchens, efficient and livable floorplans, technologies such as geothermal heating and cooling, sustainable practices and a myriad of details to ensure the highest quality homes are designed and built.
